Different packages to suit you

We have three different packages available, so whether you are a new landlord looking for reassurance, own an extensive property portfolio, or prefer the hands-on approach - we have an option to suit you.

Ideal for landlords looking for added protection against their investment, this package offers added security for complete peace of mind. Includes legal insurance up to a limit of £25,000 and protected rent including protection to pay rent arrears and covers non payment of rent for 4-­6 months*.

  • Provide rent assessment on expected monthly rental income
  • Marketing, advertising and photography of property
  • Search database to find a tenant that matches your criteria
  • Carry out credit checks and references
  • Collect 1st months rent and deposit in advance
  • Ensure landlord legal records are up to date (gas safe and NICEIC) and arrange Energy Performance Certificate
  • Prepare statement of account and draw up tenancy agreement
  • Collect rent monthly
  • Take meter readings and inform utilities and local authorities of change of occupier
  • Register deposit and repayment at end of tenancy
  • Prepare inventory report and conduct property inspections (written report on request)
  • Management of maintenance issues
  • Free legal insurance up to a limit of £ 25,000
  • Legal costs for disputes arising from repossession/eviction/recovery of rent arrears
  • Rent guarantee insurance for non payment of rent of up to 4-­6 months*
  • Rent protection during claims for repossession

*4 months of a 6 month tenancy, 6 months of a 12 month tenancy, from the second missed payment, up to a maximum of £ 2500 per month.

GOLD package fees - 1/2 month's rent (Min £395 + VAT) letting fee, 17% + VAT of monthly rent for ongoing management.

Our most popular package, this is designed for landlords who want a low level of involvement with tenants, offering convenience and peace of mind.

SILVER package fees - 1 month's rent + VAT letting fee (Min £495 + VAT), 14% + VAT of monthly rent for ongoing management.

Designed for experienced landlords who prefer to have a high level of involvement with their tenants and have the time to manage their property portfolio

BRONZE package fees - 1 month's rent (Min £495 + VAT) letting fee.
