2. This Offer is only available to persons over the age of 18 and who sign a contract at our branch located at the above premises
3. This Offer is not available to persons already under contract with Kelrick Properties.
4. This Offer is subject to availability. Kelrick Properties reserve the right to withdraw it at any time.
5. This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
6. This Offer is available to mainland UK residents other than (a) the employees (and their families) of Kelrick Properties and participating sponsors and their agents.
7. This Offer is as stated and may be subject to change without notice. The Offer is non transferable and there is no cash alternative. This Offer expires on the date specified unless it has been withdrawn prior to this date.

13. If you have instructed another agent on a sole agency/sole selling rights the terms of those instructions must be considered to avoid possible liability to pay two commissions.
