The ideal candidate will be an experienced Lettings Negotiator seeking a new challenge in the Wigan / St Helens area.

Key responsibilities:

• Liaising with landlords and tenants to deliver outstanding customer service
• Arranging and conducting property viewings and inspection visits
• Compiling inventories and ensuring all documentation is compliant
• Managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in
• Handling repairs, maintenance issues and chasing rent arrears
• Maintaining high professional and compliance standards at all times

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience within the lettings industry
• Strong knowledge of the full lettings process
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Smart, professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicle (mileage allowance provided)
